stand up or ignore ur bullies

We face bullies at work, at college on the roads, neighbourhood, neighbours , traffic ... bullies are everywhere. I always have two choices when faced with them, one is to react and give it back to them or to ignore and move on. As I've grown older I have become more forgiving and ignore. I was raised with 5 boys at home, so naturally my urge is to give it to them. Offlate I have started to think about if I stand hand engage with the bully whats next. He might retaliate , he will shout , create a scene, it would be more embarrassment for me as I care. Not sure about whats the right thing, currently ignoring works.

learning suprise !!!

As a kid  I used to feel puzzled to read the newspaper or a document which had multiple paragraphs like the below.  I always got confused if I should read the left handside paragraph first, going page to page till the end of the report then return to the top of the document to start on LHS. Today while working on a assignment I just realized, those challenges were better than what we have today. :)

I still can't get the Right and Left in order, if I'm trying to tell someone directions, specially my husband, I always end up saying right though I mean left. I will be showing the correct hand gesture , after 17 years of knowing me, he knows which direction to take .

When someone tells me its on the right, my first reference goes to my school days. During morning assembly, they used to say by the left quick march. I always used to get beaten with a ruler / scale / stick by my PT teacher to have gotten it wrong . Well for the reference I still go there for a left / right. I remember by the left quick march , then get my left, eventually right follows ....

I was born a left handed person, for whatever cultural beliefs , parents / teachers everyone's pressure I became a right handed person. I guess that's were it all started.
